We’ve done our best to keep things simple and easy to understand, because nobody wants to spend their day reading pages of complicated legal jargon.

We do our best to make sure our product descriptions, photographs and information are as accurate as possible.

Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

As our products are prepared and packed by hand, there may occasionally be slight variations between products.

ORDERS

By placing an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraudulent activity or another reasonable circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we’ll provide a refund for the affected products.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before your order is prepared and dispatched.

We put a whole lot of creativity, time and good vibes into what we do.

Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, artwork, photographs, written content, branding and other creative materials created by Good Vibe Scents and Laser Artistry® remain our intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our original content and designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sometimes things happen that are completely outside anyone’s control.

Good Vibe Scents will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations where these are caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This may include natural disasters, extreme weather, fires, floods, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, postal network disruptions or other unexpected events.

If something like this affects our ability to fulfil your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed, minimise the disruption and get things moving again as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
